Panel systems

We have two main systems, which are adaptable to meet new regulations and Future Homes Standards. This flexibility also allows us to meet specification requirements, site restraints and customer needs. All of our offsite solutions have system approvals from building regulatory bodies, which include NHBC and LABC.

Standard Eco panel system

Our standard Eco panel system is a traditional timber frame system comprising of 140mm studs sheathed on the external face with oriented strand board and can be filled with environmentally friendly and fire resistant wool insulation.

Internal load bearing walls comprise of 90mm studs, which is externally completed with traditional brickwork. The standard Eco panel system can achieve between 0.13 and 0.21 in terms of U-Value for thermal performance depending on the specification requirements.

Closed Eco panel system

Our closed Eco panel system is our unique premium timber frame solution designed on Fabric First principles to maximise the performance of the components and materials that make up the building itself. Ensuring that our products maintain a high quality standard and deliver affordable housing solutions on time and on budget.

The system has a choice of 140mm or 195mm studs filled with either mineral wool or rigid PIR insulation and internal load bearing walls of 90mm or 95mm studs depending on the project specification. For thermal performance this product can achieve a range of U-Values, which already meet the Future Homes Standards.

The external finish can be completed with factory fitted cladding of either Hardie Plank, brick slip cladding or render substrate board ready for site applied render.

External finishes and insulation

With our closed panel systems, we offer a variety of external finishes to suit your design and build specifications. You have the choice of a variety of cladding, brick-slips or render board to externally finish your chosen panel.

We are proud to be working with Hardie Plank by James Hardie as our cladding provider. The fibre cement products are designed to last. Not only does it create a classic finish to any home, it has a high quality finish which can be chosen in a variety of colours and textures.

Brick slips and render

We are also proud to be working with Weber (Saint-Gobain) for our external brick slip finish system. Similar to our cladding, using the weberwall brick, we are able to offer you a choice of different brick colours and textures. We can also colour match non standard colours to existing bricks. If you desire a brick appearance for your project, brick slips are a great option.

Our insulation also comes with choice of either Mineral Wool or Rigid PIR (Polyisocyanurate). Each one offers different benefits depending on your budget and performance requirement for the project. Have a chat with our team to discuss your options.
