We’re delighted to announce that our housing project in Fen Drayton, Cambridgeshire has been shortlisted for the Best Sustainability Initiative at the Housebuilder Awards 2025.
The Housebuilder Awards 2025 celebrate the very best in UK housebuilding, recognising the achievements of developers, designers, contractors, and partners across the sector. They showcase innovation and excellence in areas such as customer satisfaction, community engagement, regeneration, sustainability, and design, highlighting the industry’s commitment to delivering high-quality homes and thriving communities.
Our shortlisted project highlights our commitment to delivering high quality, sustainable housing solutions in partnership with Excelsior Land and bpha.
Our Fen Drayton development features 14 affordable homes comprising of four three-bedroom homes, eleven two-bedroom homes and four one-bedroom homes. All the homes include parking and landscaping.
We supplied our Eco200 fully closed panel system with factory fitted brick slip cladding to this development which offers the perfect solution for achieving the appearance and feel of traditional brickwork without the extensive time and expense of conventional bricklaying.
