The Fen Drayton development has been recognised in the Best Sustainability Initiative category
We’re delighted to announce that the Fen Drayton Housing Project has been highly commended for the Best Sustainability Initiative at the Housebuilder Awards 2025. The awards took place on Thursday 6 November at the O2 in London.
This prestigious recognition highlights our commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable housing solutions in partnership with Excelsior Land and housing association bpha.
The Fen Drayton development features 14 affordable homes comprising of four three-bedroom homes, eleven two-bedroom homes and four one-bedroom homes. All the homes include parking and landscaping.
