We’re delighted to announce that the Fen Drayton Housing Project has won the Residential Project of the Year Award and the Climate Action Award at the Constructing Excellence Midlands, East Midlands Awards. The awards took place on Thursday 17 July at The Athena in Leicester.
This prestigious recognition highlights our commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable housing solutions in partnership with Excelsior Land and housing association bpha.
The Fen Drayton development features 14 affordable homes comprising of four three-bedroom homes, eleven two-bedroom homes and four one-bedroom homes. All the homes include parking and landscaping.
