Samlet Road development has been recognised in the Best Build to Rent Development category
We’re delighted to announce that our Samlet Road development in Swansea has been highly commended for the Best Build to Rent Development at the Inside Housing Development Awards! The awards took place on Friday 27 September at the Royal Lancaster in London.
This prestigious recognition highlights our commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable housing solutions in partnership with Castell Group and housing association Caredig.
Samlet Road is transforming the former site of a car dealership into 35 high-quality, EPC-A rated social homes. The development features a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments, as well as two- and three-bedroom houses, catering to a variety of local housing needs. Each home is designed to a high standard and specification, with sustainable features aimed at reducing energy costs for tenants.
