Chris has a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, and his expertise in off-site manufacturing has helped him to drive innovation and efficiency in the construction industry and in particular the social housing sector.
Within his 20 years of experience in offsite and manufacturing Chris has led his previous companies through periods of significant growth and expansion. Having established start up facilities, leading them all of the way through to their maximum volume output. He has played a key role in driving efficiency and innovation in the company's manufacturing operations and has helped to improve the quality and consistency of the company's products.
Chris is passionate about delivering high-quality projects that meet the needs of his clients. As a highly respected professional in the industry Chris has received numerous accolades for his work.

Mike Doolan
Sales & Partnerships Manager
Mike has been part of the LoCaL Homes team since August 2022, bringing a wealth of knowledge and sales experience with over 30 years in the construction industry. Having worked in the offsite sector for more than 20 years Mike understands the various construction solutions available through modern methods of construction (MMC) having started out with structural pre-cast concrete before moving onto timber frame.
Mike focuses on building collaborative partnerships with both existing and new clients to help them to achieve more efficient and cost-effective developments.
His qualifications include a HNC in Construction & Built Environment, HND in Business & Finance.
Mike is a member of the Forum for the Built Environment (FBE) for Birmingham, you will also see him across the Midlands as a FBE Committee member. As a regional committee member Mike volunteers his time linking with likeminded people to collaborate, debate and deliver excellence in the built environment.

Lee Cox
Design Manager
Lee is our Technical Manager, bringing over 20 years of experience within the construction industry. Specialising in timber frame design, Lee is a highly motivated and experienced professional with a passion for high quality design and construction.
Lee has previously been involved in a number of award-winning projects, including the Brackley Care Home (the first care home in the UK to achieve Passivhaus accreditation) and the Abbeyfield Winnersh Care Home.
Having achieved his Level 6 NVQ Diploma in Construction Contracting Operations Management, Lee is passionate about using his skills to deliver high-quality projects that meet the needs of our clients.
In his current role, Lee leads a team of internal designers and external consultants to provide offsite solutions, managing the product systems, design processes, and all things technical at LoCaL Homes.

Pete Jones
Operations Manager
Pete is a highly experienced operations manager with over 18 years working in manufacturing. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our factory in Walsall, including the management of processes, quality control, and safety compliance.
Pete has a proven track record of success, delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. He is skilled, motivated, and is always looking for ways to improve and deliver results through the efficient management and development of people and processes.
Prior to joining LoCaL Homes, Pete worked as a Production Process Manager for a number of other construction companies, including Saint-Gobain and GreenSquareAccord's legacy company Accord Housing Association.
Pete is passionate about using his skills and experience to make a positive difference in the lives of others. He is committed to providing high-quality housing that meets the needs of his customers, whilst also creating a safe and healthy work environment for his employees.

Neil Sisk
Commercial Project Manager
Neil is our commercial project manager with over 22 years of experience in the off-site timber frame manufacturing sector. He has a proven track record of success in managing project cost estimates, client orders, cost improvements and reporting.
In his previous roles, Neil has held a variety of positions, including Production Planner, Operations Manager, and Commercial Project Manager. He has a deep understanding of all aspects of the off-site timber frame manufacturing process, from initial planning and design to final delivery and installation.
Neil is a highly skilled and experienced project manager with a strong focus on cost control and profitability. He is also an excellent communicator and team player, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and colleagues.
Neil is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual who is always looking for ways to improve processes and achieve better results. He is a valuable asset to any team and is sure to make a significant contribution to the success of any project.
