We’re proud to have delivered 35 new homes, transforming the site of a derelict factory alongside Owl Partnerships, under a design and build contract for GreenSquareAccord. This development comprises 35 houses built utilising our standard Eco system plus 54 apartments built using traditional construction methods, all of which are available for an affordable rent.
The development utilises our low carbon standard Eco panel system, which is manufactured offsite within a controlled environment in Walsall. The panels are insulated with environmentally friendly and fire resistant mineral wool ahead of delivery, reducing the overall construction time on site.
Once delivered, the standard Eco panels are craned into position, ready to be externally finished with traditional brickwork.
