We’re pleased to have been selected to deliver 30 dwellings for private rent for the development on Elliott Road, March, Cambridgeshire. There is a blend of 20 detached and 10 semi-detached properties, consisting of 3, 4, and 5 bedrooms which will be retained and managed by Sibner Group.
The new properties will be made using our standard Eco timber frame system, providing a lower carbon alternative to traditional brick built structures.
The client has chosen a mixture of brick and render for the external finish, with a bespoke approach to the internal finish. The first plots will be available to the March community from Summer 2023.
