We work in partnership with developers, housing associations and local authorities, as we believe in order to maximise added value and the benefits of our offsite system, a strategic partnership between the design team, LoCaL Homes, the contractor and the end client is essential.
As well as our external customers, we continue to supply offsite solutions to our parent housing provider, GreenSquareAccord. The systems we provide our external customers are the same as we build for ourselves, which means we have designed and developed our systems with the asset value, product lifecycle and maintenance requirements in mind.
